As housing director at Highview Hills, Dave oversees the day-to-day operation of the community and the provision of housing and services for our residents. His experience in senior housing began in 1988 in his home state of Pennsylvania, serving in a variety of capacities with ACTS Inc., a leading provider of lifecare retirement communities in the eastern part of the country. Dave earned his PA Nursing Home Administrator’s License in 1992 and then moved on to Vero Beach Florida, where he served as executive director of Indian River Estates.
Dave relocated to Minnesota in 1993 and became the first housing director for The Gardens at Gideon Pond in Bloomington. In 1998, Dave moved on to Oak Ridge Place in the Stillwater area, where he served as housing director for 11 years. Through Minnesota Health and Housing Alliance (now Aging Services of Minnesota), Dave earned the Housing-With-Services Management Program Certificate in 2005.

Jacque Mihm is the marketing director at Highview Hills. She previously worked as the marketing director for Augustana Regent at Burnsville for the past five years and helped open the building. Her background has been in sales and marketing for the past 14 years. She owned her own communications/marketing business for eight years and was a consultant in healthcare marketing. She spent three years in management with Wilson Learning, a sales training firm in Eden Prairie. Prior to joining the Hartford Group, developer of the Regent, Jacque was with Beverly Healthcare as marketing director for four of their skilled care facilities in the Twin Cities.
For the past six years Christi Fletcher has had a progressive career in senior living working in resident services, marketing, and events for the Augustana Regent and Fairview Ebenezer senior living centers in Burnsville. Prior to joining the senior living industry, Christi was a commercial and residential sales representative for Frontier Telecommunications.
Before moving to Minnesota in 1990, Christi worked in the airline industry as an area sales manager for Philippine Airlines district sales office in Washington, DC. Christi received many awards and recognition in both the telecommunication industry and airline industry for being an outstanding sales performer. Christi lives in Burnsville with her husband, Jack. They are the proud parents of three sons, Jonathan, age 24, Timothy, age 22, and Patrick, age 20. Christi is a member of All Saints Catholic Church in Lakeville, as well as the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce, Lakeville Lions Club, and the Lakeville Rotary Club.
Cassie Decker is the activity director at Highview Hills. Cassie earned a BS in Therapeutic Recreation at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is nationally certified as a therapeutic recreation specialist. She has been serving seniors in a variety of settings for more than ten years. Her experience includes working with those in long-term skilled care, assisted living, memory care, and senior housing with services. Cassie has worked with seniors at Healtheast Senior Services, Ebenezer Ridges Campus, and Augustana Regent at Burnsville. Cassie was instrumental in starting the Creative Arts program at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center, as well as other progressive programming including life long learning, wellness, and strength training opportunities for seniors.
Cassie has served as a leader in past employment by initiating programs for employee wellness, and an employee exercise incentive program. She is part of ATRA, the American Therapeutic Recreation Association, and is widely connected to the Life Long Learning Centers at Augsburg College and the University of Minnesota. She enjoys personal recreation and leisure, especially cooking, hiking, reading, and travel. She resides in Savage with her husband, Ty, and their golden retriever dog, Summer.
Cassie oversees the recreation programs at Highview Hills, including community outings, spiritual care, and specialized programming in Memory Care and Care Suites. She is also the volunteer coordinator for Highview Hills.
Chef Molly Dollarhide is responsible for everything that treats residents to outstanding dining experiences at Highview Hills by Walker. Chef Molly designs menus, obtains the freshest and finest ingredients, and prepares delicious meals. She also oversees all sous chefs and waitstaff. Frequently, she holds demonstrations in the Exhibition Kitchen, where people can be seated around the semi-circle kitchen arena, watch their food prepared, smell the aromas, and enjoy the culinary creations.
Molly has been in the restaurant and catering business for over ten years. Her most recent position was executive chef at the New Prague Country Club. She also owns her own catering business, Company’s Coming, which specializes in weddings and vineyard events.
Tina Monsour is the resident services director at Highview Hills. She serves as the resource for supportive service information for residents and family members.
Tina has worked in geriatrics for 23 years, with experience in long-term care, assisted living independent living and memory care. Previously, Tina worked at Country Villa Assisted Living in Golden Valley where she served for nine years as the director of activities and marketing director. Tina lives in Richfield with her husband Michael, and two children, Sydney and Joey, and dog Mulki.
Becky Tacheny is the business office manager for Highview Hills. She is responsible for the everyday operations including record keeping, bank account management, and budget monitoring. She also assists residents with their monthly fee statements and renewals. Becky also serves as the human resources representative, providing benefit information, coordinating payroll, and helping new employees.
Becky came to Highview Hills after a career in the airline industry as senior planner in the Materials Management Organization. Becky lives in Lakeville with her husband, Greg. They have three children, Travis, Kelly, and John.
Greg Stenger is the maintenance director for Highview Hills, which includes security, environmental services, and safety. Greg came to Highview Hills after working for Donaldson Company, Inc., based in Bloomington, with facilities throughout the United States. Greg helps new residents get settled into their apartments. He also will answer any requests or questions they may have about their apartment.
