Molly Dollarhide Executive Chef / Food Service Director	Chef Molly Dollarhide is responsible for everything that treats residents to outstanding dining experiences at Highview Hills by Walker. Chef Molly designs menus, obtains the freshest and finest ingredients, and prepares delicious meals. She also oversees all sous chefs and waitstaff. Frequently, she holds demonstrations in the Exhibition Kitchen, where people can be seated around the semi-circle kitchen arena, watch their food prepared, smell the aromas, and enjoy the culinary creations. Molly has been in the restaurant and catering business for over ten years. Her most recent position was executive chef at the New Prague Country Club. She also owns her own catering business, Company’s Coming, which specializes in weddings and vineyard events.
Becky Tacheny Business Office Manager	Becky Tacheny is the business office manager for Highview Hills. She is responsible for the everyday operations including record keeping, bank account management, and budget monitoring. She also assists residents with their monthly fee statements and renewals. Becky also serves as the human resources representative, providing benefit information, coordinating payroll, and helping new employees. Becky came to Highview Hills after a career in the airline industry as senior planner in the Materials Management Organization. Becky lives in Lakeville with her husband, Greg. They have three children, Travis, Kelly, and John.
